The GRID is an OCR event that occurs twice a year, the first being held in June with a course of 12-15km offering 30+ obstacles, rough terrain, SEA and SUNSHINE to challenge even the toughest athlete.

The second event is usually held in October with less heat but more intensity.

THE GRID SPRINT is FAST, FUN & TOUGH, with killer hills, 25 obstacles, SAND, SEA and an absolutely AMAZING course to take on with your friends or individually!

On Saturday 1st June 2019 Cynergi members and trainers took on this challenge.
