1. Interval HIIT Fitness Classes


We know what our gym enthusiasts are into and HIIT is the rising trend. This type of workout involves high-intensity cardio exercises that include short bursts of hard work. The aim is to exert yourself at almost max effort during those bursts. In between those intense intervals, you’re slowing down or resting for a short period in order to get ready for the next interval of effort.

2. Outdoor Bootcamp Fitness Classes


This outdoor class takes place on the hills of Pembroke Gardens and involves one hour of HIIT fitness as well as exercises for in pairs or groups. The aim is to overcome the big challenges included in the class which will make you feel more pumped and energetic than ever.

3. Bike’n’Beats Fitness Classes


This class involves a high-intensity indoor cycling class with pounding music to motivate you to exercise! By focusing on the rhythm, you’ll get to work out while also enjoying your time.

4. LifeCycle Fitness Classes


Let’s burn fat! LifeCycle aims at cycling fast to burn fat – fast! The bikes are held in an indoor studio where one will cycle their heart out. Tone those bums, thighs and calves.

5. Yoga Classes


Everybody loves a
calming yoga class! If you want to relax while still exercising, yoga is a great way to feel grounded, take a break from heavy thoughts and take deep breaths. This helps to increase blood flow and warm up your muscles.
