1. Start With a Plan

Jumping straight back into your healthy lifestyle can feel overwhelming, but there’s small things you can do to make it easier for you. First of all, set realistic goals like exercising a few times a week and preparing home-cooked meals. Keep track of your progress and take it easy. It’s going to be a rough restart, so don’t focus on perfection, but instead, consistency!

2. Drink Lots of Water

Parties and clubs mean that you’re more likely to drink alcohol and sugary foods which means that your body is going to want more water than usual – so drink lots of water! Staying hydrated cleanses your body while avoiding unnecessary cravings. And if you add a slice of lemon or some mint leaves for extra flavour, these add detox benefits!

3. Ease Into Exercise
