We spend so many hours on our phones, scrolling mindlessly, but we could be using that time to work out at the gym. And when you’re actually at the gym like at Cynergi, don’t waste time scrolling there either. Be focused, dedicate yourself to the gym, cleanse yourself from your screen, and focus on your body.
2. Wake Up Early
Sleeping in is great but if you want to start your fitness journey and have a crazy schedule, waking up early might be your only solution to starting. It’s important to know what your goals are for the gym and feel strong about them. Starting is always the hard part and it’ll be difficult in the beginning, but only until you get used to it!

3. Don’t Quit
Again, it’ll be hard and you’re going to feel the pain all over your body but it’ll be worth it! 5. Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself
We get it that maybe you can’t stop by the gym five times a week, especially if you’re a parent who needs to prioritise your kids. What’s important is that you visit the gym as much as you can, and make the effort to do so. Results might take time, but you will eventually see changes!
