Mark Spiteri Physiotherapist
Mark is a Physiotherapist with 7 years of experience working in the private sector within the fields of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. He has previously been appointed Head Physiotherapist for a number of Premier League Clubs, and also has experience dealing with various elite level athletes, recreational athletes and people suffering from occupational injuries.
Having previously played football at national team and Premier League level in Malta, Mark suffered from a number of injuries which required rehabilitation, and this drove him to want to help people going through similar experiences. Mark has also been involved in long distance running events in the past 3 years, and is now passionate about fitness and wellness.
Mark graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy, and is now carrying out a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine and Science from the University Of Glasgow.
Mark is skilled in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Human Tecar therapy, Rehabilitation of sports injuries and post operative rehabilitation of Orthopedic Conditions , Running Technique Coaching, Injury Prevention and Performance Optimization. Mark aims to merge the best available evidence with professional and personal experience, to provide the client with the best possible care for quick and long-lasting results.
Mark is the founder of Stride Physiotherapy, and currently the Head Physiotherapist with a local Premier League Football club.
