Here at Cynergi, we are now offering squash lessons for all ages at our very own WSF-approved squash courts with Malta’s National Squash Coach Niall Engerer.

Feel like you need to spice up your training routine? Maybe it’s time to consider squash. It’s a high-intensity workout that’ll constantly work your body throughout the duration of what is truly a fast-paced game. If you play squash for an hour, you’re bound to burn over 1,000 calories, which is more than other activities like running or cycling.

But apart from all the calories you’re burning in an hour that zooms by, playing squash regularly will improve your balance, agility, and coordination. It’s also a pretty good stress reliever after a hard day.
