Don’t skip the OUR TEAM section, where you can get to know every member of the team and put names to faces.  We’ll also be updating this section with information about our trainers, their experience and specialities.

In OTHER SERVICES we introduce Fitness Testing & Tanita Body Composition Analysis together with information about the Physio Specialists at the club. 

Last but not least you can inform yourself about membership rates and personal training programmes. You can also log into your own dedicated membership account, making it easier to keep your details up-to-date and even book squash courts!
